The Grand Travel Award has deep roots in the Nordics.

First held in Sweden in 1992, the event has since expanded to Norway and in 2025 Finland joined this esteemed tradition of honouring excellence in travel. The Grand Travel Award Finland brings together key decision-makers and professionals from across the travel sector to celebrate the industry’s leading figures, innovations, and success stories.

The Grand Travel Award recognitions are based on an independent and verified customer survey conducted by the highly respected research company Nordic Bench. The study employs the NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology, which measures customers’ willingness to recommend a company. In addition, companies are evaluated across ten key image factors, including service quality, reliability and brand credibility.
